We attach great importance to our Avaloq Community. For this reason, we provide several platforms which aim at an unimpeded transfer of know-how between our customers, partners and our own employees.

Customer and Partner Platforms
Customer Advisory Group (CAG)
The CAG-meeting takes place every last Wednesday in April and brings the management of our customers together. Every CAG-meeting addresses the following four points: information about Avaloq, product and release information, business cases from the Avaloq Community and Break-out Sessions. The latter are used to present and discuss current topics related to Avaloq and its environment.

User Groups
User Groups consist of customer, partner and Avaloq employees who form various specialist teams. They periodically elaborate the market requirements that are relevant for the product, such as new regulations, and thus jointly advance the specification of the product.

ADP
The Avaloq Deployment Program (ADP) aims at planning and conducting release upgrades with high quality and low costs. It ensures an efficient and coordinated know-how transfer from Avaloq to its clients and implementation partners.

Spyday
The Spyday offers Avaloq and its partners the possibility to present products or projects to the Avaloq Community.

Partner Meetings
In Partner Meetings the management of our partners is informed regularly about current strategic topics related to Avaloq.

Community Events

Every year, we surprise the Avaloq Community with a top-class VIP event and two convivial After Work Parties.
