The Avaloq Community is a competence-sharing forum for Avaloq customers and Avaloq implementation partners. The members of this "network of excellence" jointly develop innovative and effective solutions at various levels, think about potential new business models, and can enter into collaboration if they wish. Joining the Community does not put the customer under any obligation. In specific areas of competence - for example financing, portfolio management or trading - Community members can take an active or a passive role, depending on whether they want to be a leader or a follower.

Heterogeneous Membership

The Avaloq Community is a community of retail, universal and private banking institutions which complement each other and work together for mutual benefit. On the one hand, private banks benefit from the industrial-scale retail functionalities in the Avaloq Banking System, and on the other, retail and universal banks benefit from the highly engineered products and services in private banking (derivatives, structured products, etc.).

Co-Operation and Partnerships

The modularity and multi-client capability of the Avaloq Banking System offers customers the best possible basis for new business models, for example ASP and BPO models. Within each bank this "slicing the value chain" offers a variety of synergetic effects and a high process efficiency to be exploited.

No Barriers to the Implementation of New Regulatory Requirements

Regulatory requirements are discussed by user groups within the Avaloq Community and implemented by Avaloq. The advantage of this process is that costs are shared among the banks within the Community. Another advantage is the fact that Avaloq implements the regulatory requirements, leaving the banks free to concentrate on their core competences.
