Release Planning
Our careful release planning enables us to act as a rapid innovator on the banking market. One release cycle per year facilitates a swift exchange of innovation within the Avaloq community.
An important feature of the way releases are planned is that customers and partners are provided with an overview of all partial deliveries they are going to receive, enabling them to plan in the medium and long term.
Release
A release includes all new functionalities developed since the last rollout, providing customers with the benefit of the extended functionalities and technical innovations. Prior to the official rollout, which is typically at the end of the first quarter, the new release is tested and implemented by a pilot customer.
Service Pack
For the purpose of maintenance, Avaloq delivers one service pack every quarter. Service packs generally remedy shortcomings and adjust functionalities that need to be changed due to alterations to third-party systems or regulatory requirements.
