Training

The programme includes both intensive class-based lessons and practical exercises.

The course programme is regularly adapted to reflect the latest changes to the Avaloq Banking System. Avaloq Certified Professionals not only possess the requisite knowledge of Avaloq, but also a recognised qualification documenting their skills.

Support & Maintenance

The Avaloq Service Desk is our central contact point for reporting business-critical occurrences and submitting queries with regard to our project. We offer round-the-clock (24/7) incident management with tiered response and solution times.
