Database Delivery
Database delivery allows Avaloq releases to be delivered in the form of database exports. The service covers special requirements that are beyond the contractual agreements.
Release Pre-delivery
The release pre-delivery contains the advance delivery of an Avaloq Banking System release still in development prior to its official rollout date. This means customers can make the parameterisation and preparations for the going live of the new release at an earlier date.
Pre-upgrade Plus
The pre-upgrade plus involves activities for upgrade installations and analyses of a customer database at and by Avaloq with the objective of ensuring "paramaterisation readiness" at an early stage.
Avaloq Project Coaching
The Avaloq project coach acts as the single point of contact for all Avaloq project matters. They support the customer's project and change management, not least with experience-based advice in the planning and management of an Avaloq implementation project in the aim of making the transition to the Avaloq Banking System a success for the customer.
