IT Operations Assessment
As part of an implementation project, the IT operations assessment checks for the customer whether the IT operation of the Avaloq Banking System has been prepared in accordance with best practices and whether the status "IT operational readiness" has been achieved. During live operation, it checks whether the system is being operated correctly and according to pre-defined Avaloq criteria and whether the IT operating functions of the product are being used optimally and efficiently.
Business Consulting
Business consulting provides our customers with optimal support based on Avaloq's in-depth knowledge and IT and business know-how, i.e. through the provision of systematic advice with regard to the IT architecture, system integration or optimisation/expansion of the Avaloq Banking System.
Deployment Consulting
Deployment consulting offers various advisory activities either for supporting customers during the set-up and operation of necessary release and configuration management processes as part of an implementation or upgrade project ("continuous change integration") and for analysing and improving existing release and configuration management processes in productive operation.
Test Consulting
Test consulting offers our customers individual advice and support in the areas of test management, test reporting, test infrastructure and performance testing.
Performance Assessment
The performance assessment allows the customers to address existing performance bottlenecks or to identify potential performance risks in relation with a future increase of the application workload.
