The pre-upgrade plus involves activities for upgrade installations and analyses of a customer database at and by Avaloq with the objective of ensuring "paramaterisation readiness" at an early stage.
Avaloq Upgrade Coaching
Avaloq upgrade coaching is carried out by a release manager who takes care of technical issues for the customer as a single point of contact during an upgrade project.

Upgrade instruments provide information, documentation, templates and tools to support the customer during release upgrades.
