A bit about the role

Your Team

The Core & E-Banking Production Support (L2) have ownership to resolve incidents/issues in productive environment, monitoring to ensure application availability, stability, any reporting etc. They coordinate with service desk, other support units (e.g. L3 teams) in order to resolve Incidents and Problems that affect the Client services.

Your Job

  • Respond to end users reported issues in adherence to established Service Level Agreements
  • Triage end user’s reported issues and respond to them via ticketing system, phone or remote sessions
  • Participate and contribute to the resolution for critical escalations and partner with other stakeholders when necessary
  • Conduct health checks and monitoring of our core product and various Interfaces, APIs .
  • Undertake data analysis to conduct impact studies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to undertake troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
  • Provide timely updates on investigations conducted on the reported issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake the necessary to fulfil adhoc reporting requirements to support end users.
  • Responsible for EOD batch ownership in production environment

A bit about you

  • At least 5 years’ experience with Techno Functional Production Support roles in Banking Domain with functional banking products knowledge is a must.
  • Cloud based support experience i.e. AWS.
  • Windows/Unix/Linux experience to handle BAU activities like file transfers, troubleshooting etc.
  • Proficient in SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB
  • Experience in handling Production batch using tools like Control-M, Autosys, Zena (used in this position)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Strong in communication, able to relate to relevant internal and external stakeholders along with end users.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken is a must.
  • Flexible with different work patterns as required (e.g., day shifts, rotating night on call bimonthly and ad hoc weekend support).

It would be a real bonus if you have.

  • ITIL Foundation certificate
  • Scripting experience is an added plus i.e., shell scripting.
  • Detailed knowledge and skills of Avaloq Core Platform with certification or even some knowledge in key areas of the product
  • ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge.
