As a Product Owner, you'll spearhead the implementation of roadmap items and new features for our cutting-edge tools and frameworks. Our products play a crucial role in empowering the transition to the container- and microservice-based architecture. Your mission involves close collaboration with software architecture, clients and development teams, from requirements gathering to communicating with the stakeholders on a daily basis. You'll translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize the team's backlog, and ensure quality assurance through comprehensive testing. In addition to these responsibilities, this role entails people management responsibilities, serving as line manager for the team members.

Your key tasks

- Collaborate closely with Product Management and development teams to drive feature implementation

- Draft detailed requirements documents and acceptance criteria for new features

- Decompose features into Epics and User Stories for agile development

- Prioritize backlog items in alignment with Product Management goals

- Ensure quality assurance through both automated and manual testing processes

- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights

- Manage a team as a line manager responsible for the team’s growth and high synergy

A bit about you

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and a minimum of five consecutive years of relevant experience

- Previous experience as a Product Owner

- Previous experience as a People Manager

- Demonstrated success in leading the implementation of software modules and features

- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English

- High proficiency in Java programming language

- Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and JPA

- Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architecture

It would be a real bonus if you have

- Working experience with products like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, in an Agile Software Development environment

- Familiarity with modern cloud technology stacks

- Good understanding of messaging solutions like message brokers and Kafka
