Solution Consultant Manager
A bit about the role
The Solution Consulting organization drives the consultative selling approach across the sales force to create value for our prospects/clients. The approach relies on an open dialogue with a problem - solving mindset and applies design thinking methods.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design and build solutions that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Your tasks
- Support sales activities related to the Avaloq product(s) and help drive sales and upselling opportunities by providing content, answering questions and reviewing the unique selling proposition.
- Act as the contact point for the Avaloq product(s), share knowledge with team members/colleagues in the sales organization, as well as ensure efficient communication channels are in place.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Raise needs and provide qualified input to Product Marketing - follow up to ensure regional product marketing is available and adequate.
- Consolidate and translate regional requirements/prototypes into product strategy. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
A bit about you
- Experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management/private banking as part of the building digital platform initiatives.
- Ability to understand complex requirements, to transform requirements into solutions, and to describe requirements in a structured way.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to different audiences.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient language skill in both simplifed and traditional Chinese.
