With a sound strategy in place we have successfully evolved from a software to a technology-driven financial services provider. The correlating governance and core values have been introduced and to ensure we always stay on the right track, we have translated our values into behaviours: The Avaloq Competency Model emerged, consisting of five Competency Areas with a total of 20 Competencies.

Driving leadership excellence

We want to provide outstanding leadership for outstanding people. As an organisation, we will achieve success by providing a climate of appreciation and purpose in our daily work. As managers, we aim to combine empowerment and development opportunities for each individual with the competencies of the team as well as with the overriding company goals and resources.
