This award recognises Raiffeisen’s exceptional quality of payment messages which are processed by the Avaloq Banking Suite. Raiffeisen achieved an STP rate of 99.22% in their Euro payments to Deutsche Bank. The STP rate is considered the most important indicator for quality in the field of payment transactions, reflecting the degree of automatisation. Values above 90% are considered as very good STP rates.
