Your key tasks
Monitor, plan and execute the daily activities for corporate actions events, to be delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements agreed with our Clients.
- Setting up and monitoring corporate actions including any instruction deadlines.
- Preparation of customer letters for voluntary and mandatory corporate actions.
- Preparing and releasing instructions to Custodians.
- Booking of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, taking into account withholding tax and foreign withholding tax.
- Managing reconciliation for differences arising from corporate actions (cash and securities).
- Enquiries from/to custodians and Clients.
A bit about you
- First professional experience in the back office of a bank.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Good team player and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a very demanding, fast-paced and complex environment.
- Fluent German and good English skills,
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Experience in the area of corporate actions.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Banking System.
- Proficiency in other languages.
