A bit about the role

Corporate IT is a global team of professionals located in Asia and across Europe. We work together to ensure our users have a seamless and reliable IT experience, with a focus on stable and secure Digital Workplaces. You'll join our team in Manila and take ownership of developing and implementing efficient asset and purchase management for Corporate IT.

Your key tasks

  • Full spectrum of purchasing activities and operations
  • Participate in sourcing of suppliers and vendors, maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualities, delivery times, prices, and potential future development
  • Review and analyze suppliers / vendors, supply, and price options
  • Develop plans for purchasing operations - equipment, services, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset information, ensuring license compliance and optimal software utilization
  • Create and maintain relationships with our global IT vendor

A bit about you

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have experience in Direct/Indirect Buying, Purchasing of IT products and licenses
  • Must be open minded and outspoken; must be able to express himself precisely and concisely in written and spoken form
  • Problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently and within deadline

It would be a real bonus if you have

  • Working knowledge of computer, server and network hardware and its functions
