Job roles
Architects take a leading role in deciding the direction, process and implementation paths for our solutions, making this an exciting and rewarding opportunity. You will work closely with our development, product management and project delivery teams, advising on strategic direction in line with business outcomes.
Banking specialists are experts within their product area, managing the day-to-day delivery of operations and processes. This is a fast-paced role where you will be called upon to lend your expertise to support with key strategic decisions and projects.
Business analysts act as a key bridge between our clients and stakeholders in our business, and work with people to relay information in a clear and effective way. In this role you will act as an enabler and have fantastic exposure to almost all parts of Avaloq’s business globally.
Product managers take ownership of a product line, developing and maintaining the roadmap as well as being the figurehead internally and with our clients. This role requires strong strategic input and effective collaboration across teams, and provides vast exposure internally and externally.
Service managers are key to ensuring that our clients have well maintained and high performing solutions to enable them to deliver exceptional products to their customers. As a service manager you will be key to the success of our partnerships with market leading clients.
Software engineers are tasked with building and enhancing our innovative solutions through creativity, drive and proficient problem-solving skills. You will be key to the development of our cutting-edge products and have the chance to hone your skills using the latest technology and coding software.
Tech leads own the delivery workloads and collaborate closely with architects, product owners and scrum masters to define the strategy. Acting as a leader to our development teams, the role will allow you the opportunity to coach and mentor our development teams and maintain some hands-on coding activity.
Test specialists make sure that our products and integrations are functioning well. You work with our global teams in a collaborative way and act as the last line of defence for any issues, using your skills and knowledge to improve stability and reliability.
