Product marketing director
A bit about the role
As Director of Product Marketing for Avaloq US, as one of our first colleagues in the team, which is an exciting time to join and take a real influencing role in the way we expand within the USA, you will drive adoption for our comprehensive software solutions and services, expanding our global footprint into the Americas. This is a high-visibility role at the front lines of helping financial institutions innovate and transform with our technology solutions.
This is a great opportunity for a strategic product marketing leader with the ability to develop and bring our product value proposition and positioning to life across multiple audiences and channels to join our business and working in a "greenfield" enviroment . You will work with key stakeholder teams to craft the playbook and marketing initiatives that will drive adoption across the client journey.
Key tasks:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing product solutions, defining target segments, value propositions, and messaging
- Translate complex technical features into unique selling positions to produce compelling sales and marketing assets that resonates with clients
- Create and maintain content for all solutions and services across both digital and traditional channels, including website, email, pitchdecks, one-pagers, case studies, demos, and events
- Drive product adoption with integrated marketing campaigns, and track and analyze performance of marketing initiatives to measure impact and optimize for growth
- Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and Strategy teams to align on business objectives, inform the product roadmap, and support product launches
A bit about you
- 10+ years of experience and proven track record in a relevant role within the financial, technology, or wealth management industry, such as product marketing or product management
- A strong understanding of the market landscape, with experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and client research to inform product roadmap and positioning
- Proficiency in developing high-quality sales and marketing assets, with advanced skills in MS PowerPoint
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a drive for action and decision-making
It would be a real bonus if you have:
- Knowledge using AI in marketing initiatives, including customer segmentation and personalization, content creation, and analytics
- Experience producing product demos, from introduction to more technical experiences
- Proficiency with working with designers or agencies to translate information into interactive infographics and data visualization
