Identity and Access Management Engineer (12 Months fixed-term)
A bit about the role
Your Team
You will be part of the central Security Authority within CISO Operations, responsible for Identity and Access Management in a regulated international environment. The team ensures compliant, auditable, and efficient user access management processes in close collaboration with IT, application owners, and business stakeholders.
Your key tasks
- Operate the end-to-end authorization management process, including request validation, approval checks, and access provisioning
- Execute Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) activities in line with security policies and audit requirements
- Perform operational activities in One Identity Manager, including job queue monitoring, access provisioning, troubleshooting, and minor workflow configuration
- Execute control activities and periodic reviews to ensure compliance (e.g., access recertifications, policy adherence, SoD principles)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Service Desk, technical teams, requestors, line managers) to ensure timely and secure access management
A bit about you
- 2–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations or a similar security role
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (operations, provisioning, troubleshooting)
- Strong understanding of access control principles (least privilege, segregation of duties, role-based access)
- Experience with operational IAM processes (JML lifecycle, approvals, access reviews, audit controls)
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Knowledge of Avaloq Core Platform functional security
- Experience in cloud environments, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, audit/compliance-driven organizations)
