Software Test Specialist
A bit about the role
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to define comprehensive test strategies and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution schedules.
- Estimate testing effort, identify risks, and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and Regression Testing
- Execute manual and automated test cases.
- Validate business processes, interfaces, APIs, and data flows.
- Ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Operations teams.
- Provide regular status updates and testing progress reports.
- Participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, and release activities
A bit about you
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent.
- Advanced testing certifications are desirable
