Output management specialist Avaloq Outline and PEAX, a Swiss IT service provider for document and data management, have entered into a strategic partnership. On account of the new collaboration in e-delivery and document management, Avaloq Outline is expanding its portfolio and in future will be able to provide a more comprehensive offering to customers in the area of digital delivery of documents.

Avaloq Outline AG, a subsidiary of the Avaloq group, offers customers integrated customer communication management (CCM) solutions. Data from banks, energy suppliers, credit card issuers, telecommunication companies, traders, real estate companies, publishers, insurance and health insurance companies are processed so that they can be received via any channel in a customer-friendly form.

Due to the growing demand for digital documents for private individuals, Avaloq Outline has expanded its offering with the electronic portal from PEAX, thereby also gaining an innovative partner. The collaboration will enable Avaloq Outline customers to deliver documents directly to their end customers (private individuals) in digital format to provide seamless distribution and payment of invoices.
