Your key tasks
- Provide efficient support to clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage and resolve client issues, offering professional advice and solutions.
- Assist the sales and business development teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
- Participate in client and prospect meetings, offering professional support and advice.
A bit about you
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is typically required.
- Several years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of RFx factory system(Ombud) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, business development, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in customer service, project management, or financial services can be advantageous.
