Senior Product/UX Designer
A bit about the role
Your tasks
- Aligning design goals with business objectives by implementing design thinking processes to foster innovative, user-centric solutions and promote creative problem-solving and collaboration.
- Conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles.
- Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes.
- Leveraging AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and user insights while applying critical thinking and human-centered design principles.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG.
A bit about you
- You bring over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.
- You have excellent English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas.
- You are resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently, and managing the entire design process with support.
- You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design and technology trends.
- You work well in a team, value diverse perspectives and are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- You actively mentor junior and mid-level designers while promoting a collaborative design culture.
It would be a real bonus if:
- You have experience in the financial services, fintech, or wealth management industry.
- You have strong UX research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis
