Business Analyst
A bit about the role
As a Business Analyst within Strategy & Product, you will:
Analyse global and regional market trends and gather insights from our clients in collaboration with Sales colleagues across all regions
Contribute to shaping new ideas and product features that further enhance Avaloq’s value proposition, including the definition of high-level process flow, business architecture and delivery plan
Gather, refine and document requirements from various stakeholders and functions to meet the needs of our clients and to align with the market standards and the regulatory requirements
- Act as a point-of-contact between business and technical product teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the product lifecycle
Own and maintain reports related to your initiatives to track their progress, identify blockers and propose actions to ensure their success
Work closely with senior product managers and assist in communicating product plans, results to stakeholders, and generating informed decision-making across the organization
A bit about you
You have a bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
You are interested in the future of the banking industry and the evolution of the technology
You’re energetic and a continuous learner in an ever-changing ecosystem, striving for the highest possible quality of work
You are eager to “make it happen” and have a hands-on mentality. You’re resourceful and creative and can solve challenging problems independently
You are confident in coordinating communication between stakeholders; building trust and engaging contributors and subject matter experts to help move initiatives forward and deliver on your objectives
You are adept at data analysis, distilling data insights to help your team and peers to make strategic product decisions
You are naturally curious and proactive in exploring how AI tools can streamline workflows, boost productivity, and improve decision-making in your daily work.
- As an ideal candidate you are proficient with the Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Figma and JIRA experience is a plus
